AT A GLANCE:
Thailand, located in Southeast Asia, is known for its tropical beaches and ultramodern cityscape. Specifically Bangkok, the country’s capital, is the second most visited tourist destination in the world.
That said, the needs of Thai children are great. Problems that have plagued these children for decades include:
- malnutrition
- lack of access to education
- trafficking
- child labor
- other forms of exploitation.
At least 600,000 migrant children in Thailand live on construction sites.
These children are particularly vulnerable to child labor and abuse. They live a hard life, searching for work and food to provide for themselves and those they love. As a result, this lifestyle takes a heavy toll on families who are doing everything possible to stay together.
But through you, our team in Thailand is making an impact.
In recent years, daily discipleship translated into action as COVID-related struggles presented many opportunities to extend help and hope to nearby communities and villages in Thailand.
We praise God for how He is graciously providing for the ministry—through you—to grow and reach many more children and families for His glory! Thank you for being part of this story and this ministry.
